long time nv blog le.. sunday was kinda screwed up.. lol.. as usual.. so bored at home lor.. anyway.. monday.. had training.. training was fun now.. wif andy coming back.. those sec1s wil die under him.. muahahah.. am i so bad? lols.. anyway.. was playing bball b4 training.. lol.. wif my ribs.. ahaha.. it was abit pain.. lol.. but i trained anyway.. who cares bout it.. its very normal.. wif andy back..mus try hes training ma.. long time nv train under him le.. anyway..im too tired t blog more.. shall stop here..
